Exchanges and Returns

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with all security tags attached and the original packaging.

  • Email suncoastcouture@gmail.com within 7 working days from receiving your order. You will then receive an email confirming your return request and information about your compensation options.
  • Once we receive and accept your returned package, we will contact you confirming receipt of your return.
  • Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.
  • Please note that if you need to return your item more than once, you will be asked to cover the shipping costs.
  • For destinations outside the US any applicable customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through SV. You should try to contact your local customs bureau directly and by providing them all the return documents you should be able to recover these amounts. SV is not responsible in case the return is stopped at customs and the return liable for duties. SV ’ responsibility begins when the package arrives at our warehouse.
  • Returns within US: Returns are free of charge, using our USPS courier account.
  • Returns within EU: Return costs are upon the customer. We kindly ask you to send your item back to SV using your own shipment service.
  • Returns for rest of the countries: Return costs are upon the customer. We kindly ask you to send your item back using your own shipment service.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We want all of our customers to receive products of exceptional quality. Should you receive a defective item please contact us by email at suncoastcouture@gmail.com

Our customer service department will take care of your claim immediately. Upon receiving your shipment, it is important that you check carefully the condition of the items you have purchased, ensuring that their packaging shows no traces of damage. We accept responsibility and allow exchanges for faulty goods, only when you inform us 5 days upon delivery that the product you received was faulty.

In the case of damaged / defective item we will cover all the sending costs.

REFUND POLICY

Refund will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. Refund can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal account, or bank account used for paying for the order, less postage costs.

Paypal charges, Credit card transfer charges occurring from refund and Costums expenses, are upon the customer. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS / REFUND:

  • If the item is returned more than 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
  • If the item is damaged / has missing parts and it is not in its original packaging.
  • If the item has been labelled non-returnable in the product description.
